ROTC was kind of a last to chefford. If you were a bad kid getting in trouble all

ROTC, I guess, for discipline reasons. And so most people,
[1:47:29 - 1:47:34] if you weren't a popular kid in a joke, and you went to
ROTC, you went to juvenile hall.
