[0:26:04 - 0:26:09] The Christic Institute is what we set up out of
Jesuit headquarters to do the Karram-Sulkwood
[0:30:06 - 0:30:12] Jesuit headquarters, right, when in 1976, when the president Carter got elected,
[0:32:49 - 0:32:55] Father Dan Barrigan was the roommate of my
Jesuit superior. And so I was, I actually represented
                       [0:34:34 - 0:34:40] as a
Jesuit council in Washington and probably a better, better odds. Yeah. Yeah. It comes
                       [0:34:46 - 0:34:51] who was my
Jesuit superior. And he checked with Terry and the other guys that were at the headquarters
[0:34:51 - 0:34:56] and they ran a fly pole to the provincials, the 10 provincials of the
Jesuit order in the
[0:35:02 - 0:35:07] that isn't your, your person's sort of under authority when you're in the
Jesuit order.
                       [0:40:50 - 0:40:56] over to the
Jesuit headquarters and I go into the father Davis, who was my superior. And I showed
                       [0:43:54 - 0:44:01] that drawing? No. It's a, it's a, it's a, it's a, it's with the
Jesuit files. I put it in with
                       [0:44:01 - 0:44:07] the
Jesuit files. And we brought the
Jesuit files with us out to California when we came there
[0:53:39 - 0:53:44] he did is he talked to the other people at
Jesuit headquarters and we got permission to go to the
                       [0:54:26 - 0:54:31] but the
Jesuits were all supportive of trying to get them very intellectual the
Jesuits that
[0:54:50 - 0:54:57] That's their job. It's to reform the church. You know, speaking of
Jesuits and religion and
[0:58:43 - 0:58:48] walking into my office at
Jesuit headquarters pleading with me to do something to help him
[1:00:41 - 1:00:48] Jesuit headquarters on a Y exactly, but he ended up coming to me and I said, look at I don't
[1:01:29 - 1:01:35] contacted by this the Mormon, some of the Mormon leadership because I was at
Jesuit headquarters,
[1:05:46 - 1:05:52] that when when when I came to
Jesuit headquarters that they they came up to Harvard Diff School to ask
[1:05:52 - 1:06:03] me to come down to to Washington to be legal counsel for the
Jesuits. And I had I had when I arrived
[1:06:08 - 1:06:15] Jesuit priest who was the congressman from Brookline outside of Boston. And he was the chairman of
[1:07:49 - 1:07:56] for a thousand years, you know, in especially the
Jesuits. And so I said, well, look, let me try to
[1:44:57 - 1:45:04] involved in talking Gorbachev to step back out of the Cold War. Our, the
Jesuit office was, we were
                       [1:45:20 - 1:45:27] I had it in, in our
Jesuit headquarters office. We had succeeded first of all in, in, in, I,
[1:45:55 - 1:46:03] was a mortal sin. We got the, the
Jesuit headquarters to take that position, okay? Uh, and then we
[1:46:10 - 1:46:19] And I had one of my classmates from Harvard Divinity School, uh, to work under me at the
Jesuit [1:51:49 - 1:51:54] best friend at Harvard Divinity School was on my staff at
Jesuit headquarters, who's now over there
[1:53:36 - 1:53:40] Garrison. And here's, I'm Danny Sheen, he's one of my best friends at
Jesuit headquarters.
[1:54:47 - 1:54:51] from Divinity School with my staff guy at
Jesuit headquarters. So they're the ones that,
[1:58:45 - 1:58:52] of the entire international headquarters, the Third Reich. We know about this at
Jesuit headquarters.
[2:36:06 - 2:36:13] that, I remember Father Bill Davis, who the
Jesuit, the
Jesuit says, saying, yes, I've gone through
                       [2:36:13 - 2:36:21] all the
Jesuit training and I've now been ordained and I still believe, sort of. And what it is is
[2:36:21 - 2:36:29] that you've really, by the time you get done with the 12, 15 year period of being trained as a
Jesuit,
[2:38:19 - 2:38:26] Right. You know, and so the part of the role of the
Jesuit order is at least a sense,
                       [2:56:41 - 2:56:46] the
Jesuits? And I said, what? He said, you know, I can tell from the papers that you're writing that
[2:56:50 - 2:56:59] and a brother Patty. Yeah, right. And so, so he said, you know, but the
Jesuits have all been,
[2:57:13 - 2:57:20] documents. No. Saying that the
Jesuit order needs to devote itself to bringing about social justice
[2:58:06 - 2:58:12] there waiting. So that's how I got recruited to go down and become general counsel for the
Jesuit [3:23:50 - 3:23:55] That's that's why I ended up at
Jesuit headquarters instead of an F. Lee Bailey's office or he
